Beijing Centre for the Promotion of Chinese Overseas is mainly established by Beijing Normal University under the leadership of the Hanban and Confucius Institute Headquarters. China Service International
China Service International (CSI), approved by Ministry of Personnel, P.R. of China and The State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, P.R. of China, a division of the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP), represents the first national service center for international talent.
CSI is based in Beijing, and works with both the domestic and global markets.
